Create A Plan for Moving Forward
We work with you to create your plan going forward through various activities. We offer you lots of opportunities while you live with us at Rossie and help you prepare for leaving us.
Get Back In Touch
We have a Throughcare Aftercare Facebook page. This has been developed specifically for you if you want to get back in touch with us. We would love to hear from you, and to hear all about what you have been doing since you left us. We love to hear all your stories. It is also a way that we can give you some extra help or advice if you need it.
