It’s busy in Rossie’s greenhouses right now, as the seeds for our fruit, salad , and vegetables are all planted from seed by our young people.
Everything in our market garden is grown in order to be harvested through the season. Some items are our mealtime staple food, others add colour, flavour, and a ‘wow’ factor. Being in rural Scotland, on the east coast where there’s an abundance of sunshine, everything grows quickly, so there’s no end of produce in the coming months.
