Our recent team building day was a fantastic opportunity for colleagues to step away from their usual routines, connect with one another, and enjoy a well‑deserved break. With activities to suit a range of interests, offering both creativity and a touch of friendly competition.
One group visited The Funky Wee Teapot in Montrose, where they embraced their artistic side by painting pottery. The session provided a relaxed environment to unwind, chat, and explore some hidden creative talents. The finished pieces were a real highlight, showcasing just how imaginative our team can be.
Meanwhile, another group opted for something a little more high‑energy—heading out for a paintball experience at Bedlam Paintball, Edzell. This action‑packed activity encouraged teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking, all while delivering plenty of laughter and memorable moments.
Across both activities, the day were a great success. It highlighted the importance of coming together as a team, building stronger relationships, and creating shared experiences outside of the workplace.
